About Me
Lindsay Mustard, M.OMSc
Lindsay is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a lifelong passion for movement, performance, and helping people feel their best. Her journey started early—growing up immersed in hockey, soccer, basketball, and skiing gave her a firsthand understanding of the physical demands athletes face, and sparked her deep interest in injury prevention, recovery, and long-term health.
That passion led her to pursue a Master’s in Practice of Osteopathic Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where she co-founded the Student Osteopathic Resource Council, contributed to five osteopathic textbooks and received the Andrew Taylor Still Award. An award that recognizes individuals for outstanding accomplishments in scientific or professional affairs related to the principles of osteopathy and whose work embodies the principles, leadership, and lasting impact of osteopathy. Along the way, she also completed over 700 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, became a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Aromatherapist, and coached everything from CrossFit to spin to strength and conditioning.
Lindsay’s approach to care is grounded in real-life experience. As a firefighter and endurance athlete—competing in marathons, triathlons, ultra-distance runs, and lifting heavy—she knows what it takes to keep a body moving well, even under pressure. Her osteopathic treatments focus on restoring balance and mobility so clients can recover more efficiently, move more freely, and perform at their best.
Outside the clinic, she collaborates with Canadian wellness brands on recipe development and social media, and volunteers her time raising future service dogs. Whether she’s working with high-performing athletes or helping someone move without pain again, Lindsay brings a dynamic, down-to-earth approach rooted in resilience, movement, and care.
