Key Lime Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ of avocado

  • ½ cup pineapple

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 4 drops Lime Essential Oil

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1.5 cups coconut milk

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth.

  2. Serve, slurp & enjoy!
