Glamified Gluten Free Caesar Salad

Glamified Gluten Free Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo

  • 5 drops lemon Essential Oil

  • 2 tsp tamari (or coconut aminos)

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1/8-1/4 tsp sea salt or to taste

  • 1/8-1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste


Salad:

  • 1 Large Head Romaine Lettuce, chopped

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked

  • 3 slices bacon, cooked

  • ½ package Nud Fud Original Crackers, broken into large pieces

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and whisk until evenly combined. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients and toss.

  3. Serve, drizzle with dressing and enjoy!
