Coconut Lavender Bliss Balls

Coconut Lavender Bliss Balls

Makes: 15 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almonds (75g)

  • 1/2 cup cashews (75g)

  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (23 grams)

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt salt

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • ½ cup pitted dates (120g)

  • 4 drops doTERRA Lavender Essential Oil

  • 1 drop  doTERRA Cinnamon Essential Oil

Directions:

  1. Add the almonds and cashews to a food processor and pulse until they are roughly chopped.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until the mixture starts to stick together and become dough like.

  3. Using a tablespoon, spoon the dough mixture out of the food processor and roll into bite sized balls.

  4. Store in an air tight container and keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
