S’mores Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup whole almonds

  • 2 cup dates

  • 2 tbsp cacap powder

  • 1-2 tbsp water

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

  • 1/4 cup Zazubean dark chocolate, roughly chopped

  • 1 package NudFud Banana Cacao, crisps , crushed

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, pulse the almonds and dates into small chunks. Add the cacao powder and sea salt and pulse again.. Slowly add the water, a teaspoon at a time until the mixture forms a dough like consistency.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a large bowl and fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate and banana cacao crisps.

  3. Roll into bite sized balls and store in the fridge.
