S'mores Energy Bites
S’mores Energy Bites
1 cup whole almonds
2 cup dates
2 tbsp cacap powder
1-2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup Zazubean dark chocolate, roughly chopped
1 package NudFud Banana Cacao, crisps , crushed
In a food processor, pulse the almonds and dates into small chunks. Add the cacao powder and sea salt and pulse again.. Slowly add the water, a teaspoon at a time until the mixture forms a dough like consistency.
Transfer the mixture into a large bowl and fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate and banana cacao crisps.
Roll into bite sized balls and store in the fridge.
