Gluten Free Salmon Burgers

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 cans salmon, drained

  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup carrot, shredded

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 package Hippie Snacks Sea Salt Avocado Crackers, crushed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat a large frying pan with coconut oil

  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, onion, carrot, salt, and pepper. Fold in the egg and sprinkle in the crackers.

  3. Portion into 4 burgers and place in the skillet.

  4. Cook for 5-6 minutes (or until golden) on each side.
