Dark Chocolate Caramel & Maple Crunch Bites


  • 1 cup almond, ground

  • 1 cup dates (I use Parnoosh)

  • 2 scoop Kaizen Naturals Salted Caramel Protein Powder

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1-2 tbsp water

  • 1/4 cup Zazubean dark chocolate, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Hippie Snacks Maple Granola, crushed into small pieces


  1. Add the almond, dates, protein, almond butter and sea salt to a food processor and mix on low for 30 seconds. Add the water a teaspoon at a time, until the dough starts to clump together.

  2. Transfer the dough into a large bowl and fold in the dark chocolate.

  3. In a small bowl, set aside the crushed granola.

  4. Roll the dough into bite sized balls and then roll in the maple granola for some extra crunch!
