Superberry Chia Seed Pudding

Makes: 3 servings (205 g per serving)


  • 4 tbsps chia seeds (60 g)

  • 1 scoop Genuine Health fermented gut superfoods, Summer Berry flavour

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or stevia to taste)

  • 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts

  • 1 tbsp Manitboa Harvest Hemp Granola


  1. Combine the chia seeds, GH Greens Powder Almond milk & sweetener in a mason jar and shake. Place in the fridge and let set for 30-60 minutes or overnight.

  2. Remove from fridge and top with banana, berries & hemp hearts
