MATCHA SUPERFOOD GRANOLA

Ingredients:
Makes: 275g ⠀
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted⠀
2 tbsp @truebeehoney
1 cup oats⠀
40 g pumpkin & sunflower seeds ⠀
2 tbsp @organictraditions matcha powder⠀
Pinch of Sea salt⠀

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and lime a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk the coconut oil and honey until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until the oats are evenly coated in the honey/oil mixture. Spread evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. ⠀
