Sweet & Spicy Maple Hemp Crusted Pecans


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly on the pan.

  4. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until the pecans are golden.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool. Store in a glass jar (stays fresh for 2 weeks)


  • 3 cups pecans (330g)

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (45g)

  • 2 tbsp Manitoba Hemp Hearts (20g)

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • Pinch cayenne
