INGREDIENTS

  1. Add the nuts, dates, cacao powder and salt to a food processor. Pulse on high until well combined.

  2. Add water 1 teaspoon at a time until the dough sticks together.

  3. Remove the dough and transfer to cutting board lined with parchment paper. Press the dough flat and shape into a rectangle. Cut into 8 pieces and keep in the fridge.

  4. Try not to eat them all ;)

  • 1 cup raw hazelnuts (100g)

  • 1 cup pitted dates (160g)

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1-2 tbsp water
